tour.
Comfortable Clothing If we are touring several homes it is important that you are comfortable
and able to focus on the homes and their features.
Bring Extra Layers Vacant homes can be colder inside than exterior temps, especially if
they’ve been winterized. Gloves, hats and warm coats are very helpful in the
winter. During the spring and fall you will want to have a warm sweater or a
jacket as well.
