Liz was very helpful throughout the process of selling our home. We had an open house the day after we listed as well as many individual showings in the 6 days that our house was on the market. After 6 days we had 9 above asking price offers. Liz was very prepared with bullet points from each offer in order to help us decide which offer to accept.
