Buying a new home is an exciting and stressful time, especially when you are moving from out-of-state! Homebuyers really need to depend on and trust their real estate agent to have their best interests at heart. Liz Opatic hit a grand slam, never giving up until my husband and I found our forever home. Liz was available night or day to answer our MANY questions and entertain visits to any homes we requested. She was excellent with keeping us within our budget, and she negotiated hard when it was time. Often, my husband and I felt Liz could read our minds, figuring out what we wanted in a home before we really knew it ourselves. I would not hesitate to use Liz Opatic in the future.
